Project Summary

Nestled among the trees and perched atop its own private sand dune, we took on the challenge of revitalizing a sturdy 80s concrete and brick home - Coast Avenue House.

We extended the rear balcony and created a more open, inviting space by redesigning the kitchen and dining areas. The result is a house that now flows gracefully, embracing its surroundings with natural materials.

It's a transformation that not only softens the home's feel but also enhances its connection to the beautiful environment it calls home.

Highlighted Features and Materials

  • Weathertex Cladding.

  • Plywood linings and spotted gum kitchen flooring.

  • Feature copper sheeting: A touch of rustic elegance that catches the eye.

  • Concrete benchtops with crushed abalone shell.
