Project Summary
Nestled in the serene beauty of Elizabeth Beach, Pacific Palms stands our Jacaranda House – a brand-new two-story home crafted from the sturdy embrace of rammed earth, the timeless elegance of spotted gum hardwood, and the sleek durability of Colorbond steel.
What truly sets this home apart is its thoughtful design. A multi-leveled floor plan connects seamlessly, thanks to a stunning feature timber stairway and an internal lift that ensures accessibility for all. An impressive rammed earth wall rises from the ground floor to the roof's apex, adding both character and a sense of unity to the entire space.
