Project Summary

This restoration project breathed new life into a tired 80s brick home, transforming it into a stunning two-story Australian beach house just off the dunes of One Mile Beach.

The renovation focused on durability and design, using materials built to withstand the harsh salt air while adding fresh, modern touches. New anodised aluminium windows and doors were installed, along with a new roof and gutters, giving the home a crisp, updated look.

Australian Blackbutt hardwood cladding was added as an external feature, blending beautifully with the natural surroundings. A custom steel balustrade adds both style and strength, creating the perfect blend of form and function.

The result is a tidy renovation that brings timeless elegance and practicality to beachside living.
